How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is successfully placed, it is processed by our system and sent to our warehouse. Each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it is in perfect condition. After the final inspection, the products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners then deliver the package to your address at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach your location or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges may apply to certain products or services and will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.

International Shipping:
Currently, Gargiayurveda delivers only within India. Once international shipping is introduced, customers outside India will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes directly to the courier service as per their country’s regulations.

What locations does Gargi Ayurved deliver to?

Gargiayurveda delivers products across India, covering most cities and towns through our trusted courier partners.

Does Gargi Ayurved ship outside India?

At present, Gargiayurveda ships only within India.
We are actively working on expanding our services to international locations. Please stay tuned for updates.

Why can’t products be shipped to my area?

While we aim to deliver to maximum locations across India, delivery availability depends on:

Serviceability of your location by our courier partners
Legal or regulatory restrictions on shipping certain products
Availability of reliable logistics services in your area

What are the estimated delivery times?

Metro Cities (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad):
2–5 business days after dispatch
Other Cities & Towns:
2–7 business days after dispatch
Ground Shipping:
5–7 business days post-dispatch
Remote Locations:
Up to 7 business days or longer depending on geographical constraints

Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Order placed and dispatched

Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If the courier is unable to deliver at the provided address, the order will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

Tracking number
Courier partner details

Why was my order shipped in multiple shipments?

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped from different warehouse locations. This may result in multiple shipments.
Please note:

You will be charged shipping or COD fees (if applicable) only once
This is a normal process and does not affect your order value

Are there any hidden charges like octroi or sales tax?

No. There are no hidden charges.
All prices displayed during checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Any additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown before payment.
