Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund (if prepaid) will be initiated.
Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
